During a seasonal check-up it was apparent that my eighteen year old heating and cooling system had reached the end of its life. I opted for the Mitsubishi Multizone system and it has been one of the best decisions I could have ever made. Being able to comfortably control heating and cooling is a huge plus. No more wondering if I was going to face cooling bills during the height of the summer heat. Rio Vista Air couldn’t have been a better choice for the installation of the new system. The crew was always on time and cleaned up after each days work. You can’t go wrong with Mitsubishi.

We had the Mitsubishi multi-zone heating and cooling system installed in Mid June…..Dan Juday and his men did an awesome job and we would highly recommend them. The crew was very professional, always arriving on time and leaving the workspace as clean as when they arrived. The job was completed in the amount of time they estimated and they did a beautiful job. My husband has done maintenance on buildings for many years and is very particular about any work that is done on our home, he explained what he wanted done and Dan and his men exceeded his expectations. We are very happy with the units and have been staying nice and comfy despite the brutal Brentwood Temperatures. Can’t wait for Winter to try out the HEAT!

I had Rio Vista air install a Mitsubishi Split unit heat pump in my 80 year old home. After a brief meeting to discuss the options they installed the unit within several days. The install was completed in one day and I was pleased with their workmanship. The unit itself is amazing! Before I only had a wood stove for heat and a swamp cooler for cooling. The split unit can heat the home during cold winter conditions and the cooling in the summer is truely amazing . The other amazing thing is the electric bill changed very little. Hard to believe but I have only seen an increase of $20 to $30 a month . I am so happy I chose this system to put in my home. I highly recomend it to anyone looking for a simple system to heat / cool your home.

Rio Vista Air installed our Mitsubishi ductless HVAC unit six years ago to handle a three-room area of our Trilogy home that was grossly under-serviced by the existing central system. It has performed beautifully in both the air-conditioning mode and heating mode (making this area the most comfortable in our home), and we haven't had a bit of trouble with it since its installation.

We enjoy our Mitsubishi heating and air conditioner system. Instead of heating the whole house we heat or cool the room we are using. By adjusting the temperature and fan we can obtain the comfortable temperature quickly, and then turn it down to maintain steady comfort level.
